Here is how you make Half and Half Pizza Dough:

Dissolve yeast in water (approx. 5 mins). Next add flour and salt until you are able to handle the dough, a bit of stickiness is good. Knead the dough on lightly floured surface for 8 - 10 mins. Place dough in bowl sprayed w/ Pam and cover w/ towel until doubled in size. Bake in 425 oven w/ sauce and toppings for approx. 5-10 mins. This dough makes 1 (one) med-large size pizza. I usually double the recipe, but remember to double the nutritional values! I usually top w/ diced tomatoes and reduced fat mozz/cheddar and some veggies.
