1/2 cup tepid water
2 tsps olive oil

1 cup tinned tomatoes

splash red wine vinegar
handful fresh basil
1/2 of a 125 g ball low fat mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
1 tsp fennel seeds, roughly ground in a pestle & mortar
1/2 a fresh red chilli, chopped

Here is how you make Cheat's Pizza - Jamie Oliver's:

Put 1.5 cups of the flour, salt, olive oil and the water into the food processor. Whiz until smooth then tip on to a floured board. Sprikle the top of the dough and the rolling pin with flour (the dough will be quite wet). Roll the dough to a 1 cm thickness. Spray a hot frying pan with oil spray. Dust the dough with flour again - then lightly fold over into a half moon shape. Lightly fold the half moon into half - move it to the hot frying pan and unfold - pushing it down into the sides of the pan. Make 2 pizzas if the dough is too big for the pan. Put a cup of tinned tomatoes into a liquidizer, along with basil, garlic, red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt. Whiz until smooth. Pour into the middle of the pizza base and spread out evenly. Tear half a ball of mozzarella and dot around the base. Sprinkle the grated parmesan over this. Add other toppings (not included in the nutritional info here). Scatter the chilli and fennel on top. Put the pan under a hot grill for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from grill to a plate/board, scatter with some fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
