Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. 2. Chop and then lightly steam the cauliflower in a basket steamer until tender, or add about ? an inch worth of water to a saucepan and add the cauliflower. You may also cook it first then chop it. A blender or food processor works best for this.3. Place in a clean dishtowel or cheesecloth and squeeze out the excess liquid. 4. Place the cauliflower into a bowl and add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. If need be, mash up any remaining chunks of the cauliflower. Continue to mix well. Mixture will be dough-like.5. Spread the dough mixture onto a prepared pizza stone or line a baking pan or pizza baking sheet with parchment paper and treat with non stick spray and shape your dough there. You may make the dough thick or thin, make several small pizza crusts, or one large one, depending on your tastes. I happen to prefer smaller sized, thin crusts.6. Bake the crust for about 20 minutes or so. The crust should appear brown or golden in color. 7. Remove the crust, leaving the oven turned on, and add your toppings (pizza sauce, vegan mozzarella, etc.). 8. Pop your pizza with toppings back into the oven, reducing the temperature to 350, watching closely (for another 10-15 minutes) making sure the crust doesn?t burn.9. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
