In a skillet heat the olive oil over medium high. Saute the onion and parsley to golden, then stir in garlic and oregano for a few seconds; remove from heat. Lightly brush the pizza crust with a little olive oil and spread the onion mixture on it. Cover the crust with the tomato slices, then the mozzarella slices.
