Pre heat oven to 450F. Heat oil in pan and add half the onions and half the garlic. Add beans and spices and heat through. Mash the bean mixture and spread it onto the flatbread. Sprinkle on 3/4 of the cheese and bake for about 8 mins until cheese is melted. While flatbread is baking, mix tomatoes with the other half of onions and garlic and add in lime juice.
