Here is how you make Roasted Butternut Squash Pizza Toppings:

Thinly slice all vegetables, place in roasting pan, sprinke with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, salt, pepper. Bake in oven at 400F for 40-60 minutes, until tender. Place veggies on premade pizza crust (or make your own - I use pizza dough recipe I on all recipes and substitute WW flour). Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinke with all 3 cheeses (you really don't need a lot of cheese - just enough to contrast flavors).
