Also mix the italian seasoning in with sauce and a bit of salt to taste, make sure you like the sauce at this point, because if you don't, the pizza will not taste good!Next Combine 1 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add very warm water and oil; mix until well blended, about 1 minute. Gradually add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Dough should form a ball and will be slightly sticky. Knead** on a floured surface, adding additional flour if necessary, until smooth and elastic, about 4 minutes.That part about the dough is taken from the back of the Fleishmanns Pizaa Crust yeast, which I suggest using because you do not have to wait for it to rise (ive never used any other kind)Next, Cut the dough in half, and make two thin crust pizzas, or throw half into the freezer for another day.I used a rolling pin and spread my dough out along a 12"-18" inch cookie sheet, but spread it among what you have as thin as you can get it.Next put in the over at 450F for 10 minutes, or until crust starts to partially brown. Then take out of the over and top with sauce, and other toppings -- the recipe shows examples of toppings i chose to use. I cut everything thinly so that it would spread along the entire pizza.
