As a lactose intolerant vegetarian I have had to become vegan in many areas, simply because I've had to. But that doesn't mean that I have to give up pizza! What Course Is All Vegan Pizza? All Vegan Pizza is for Dinner. How Long Does All Vegan Pizza Recipe Take To Prepare? All Vegan Pizza takes 30 minutes to prepare. How Long Does All Vegan Pizza Recipe Take To Cook? All Vegan Pizza takes 15 minutes to cook. How Many Servings Does All Vegan Pizza Recipe Make? All Vegan Pizza makes 10 servings. What Are The Ingredients For All Vegan Pizza Recipe? The ingredients for All Vegan Pizza are: (The nutritional values for the foods above may not be accurate because a lot of the foods were not listed and I don't have access to the correct values. I tried to be as exact as possible. This is not a high-caloric recipe.)You will need: For Crust: 3-4 Cups of wheat flour, or white if you prefer. 3 packages of yeast. 2-3 Cups of warmish water. (mixed with a teaspoon of sugar if desired) For Toppings: 2 Cups of tomato sauce, or fresh tomatoes chopped if preferred over sauce. 1 or 2 cups of chopped kale, depending on how much you want. 1 cup of fresh cilantro leaves. 1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves, chopped or whole. 1 cup of sliced or chopped onion. A good amount of grated vegan mozzerella cheese from Follow Your Heart. (They also have cheddar, monterey jack, and nacho) 3-4 cloves of garlic a few pinches or rosemary and thyme a few teaspoons of oregano a pinch of salt cornmeal (You can add olives if desired, or anything else you may like.) How Do I Make All Vegan Pizza? Here is how you make All Vegan Pizza: Preheat oven to 400, or 350 if you use convection bake. For Crust: Have 2 bowls. 1 Large, one smaller. Put 2-3 cups of warm water in smaller bowl, mixing in sugar and yeast. In large bowl, put wheat flour. Add water to the flour, mixing it in with your hands until you have dough. Sprinkle some flour on counter surface and then place dough on the counter. Knead dough until consistent. Set aside. Chop kale, onions, cilantro, basil. Press garlic cloves. Shred cheese until you have a nice pile. Ps. The cheese can be bought online, or in Wholefoods, and some local healthfood stores. My local store did not carry the brand, but I went in and asked if they could look into it and now they do carry it. So I highly recommend speaking up. Follow Your Heart cheese is different from other vegetarian cheeses because it does not have casein, a milk protein in it. It's the only one that is completely vegan that I have found. And its good too, which is rare. Sprinkle cornmeal onto baking stone. Roll dough onto baking stone or sheet. Depending on how thick you like the crust, roll it thinner or thicker. You may not need all of the dough. When dough is rolled, spread garlic on dough. Put sauce on top of garlic. On top of sauce, put the kale, cilantro, basil, spices and onions. Then sprinkle the cheese on top. The cheese doesn't have to completely cover the vegetables. Put in oven and cook until cheese is melted and/or lightly browned. (You'll be able to smell it when it's almost ready :)When done, take it out and slice. It can make up to 10 slices.
