Place raw cauliflower into a food processor and pulse with an "S" blade for 5 minutes or until it becomes a "rice" like texture. Pour "rice" mixture into a large saucepan and fill with water until cauliflower is covered and bring it to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat and proceed to cook for 5 minutes.
