Here is how you make Airy Wheat Pizza dough:

Combine 1 cup of flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a large bowl, and stir with a wooden spoon.Add water and oil and stir until well combined. Dough will be sticky.Add remaining 1/2 cup of flour and knead well with hands. Dough should have tack but it shouldn't stick to your fingers. If it is too sticky, more flour can be added about 1 tablespoon at a time.Spray a bowl with nonstick spray and put kneaded dough ball into center. Cover, place in a warm spot, and let rise until doubled in size (can take upwards of an hour in some homes).Roll out to desired thickness. Cover with desired toppings.
