Here is how you make Zucchini Pizza sticks:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Mix all ingredients together (reserving the grated parmesan cheese). Spray small jelly roll pan (or similar) with Pam. Spread evenly in pan trying to reach sides of pan with an even layer of zucchini mixture. Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.Remove from oven, and lightly spray top with Butter flavored Pam.
