How Do I Make Sweet Potato, Red Lentil and Quinoa Stew?

Here is how you make Sweet Potato, Red Lentil and Quinoa Stew:

Dice one medium sized onion, mince 3 cloves of garlic, mince 1/2 inch of ginger root. Add half cup of water to the cooking pot and saute for 5 mins. Then add the spices and stir in, adding a little more water if necessary. Dice 3 sweet potatos and add, stir in to cover. Then add 2 tins of chopped tomatoes, 2 cups of red lentils and half a cup of quinoa. Stir together and add 3 cups of water. Bring to the boil and then allow to simmer on a low heat for 30-45 minutes until the sweet potato is cooked. Cooking time will vary depending on the size cubes of sweet potato. You may want to add more water, depending on consistency and preference.
