Boil Potatoes until fork tender (approx 15 - 20 minutes). While potatoes are boiling spray a small saute pan with olive oil cooking spray. Saute garlic over medium to medium low heat until soft and fragrant (be careful not to burn). Drain cooked potatoes and return to pan. Add garlic, milk, buttery spread and black pepper.
