In large heavy skillet over medium heat, heat oil, add garlic and onion, saute 3 or 4 minutes. Season with salt. Add the celery and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add bell peppers and corn and cook until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Add vegetables to crockpot.In blender or food processor, add chipotle peppers, broth, Worcestershire sauce and pumpkin seeds. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to crockpot.Add the black beans and diced tomatoes to crockpot and gently stir ingredients together. Cook high for 2.5 hours.
