Here is how you make Pumpkin Stuffed French Toast:

In medium size bowl mix egg substitute and cinnamon, set aside. Coat frying pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl mix cream cheese, pumpkin pie and pie spice together until blended well. On one slice of bread spread pumpkin mixture, top with second slice of bread. Place 'sandwich' in egg and coat both sides with egg. Place in frying pan on medium-high heat. Cook until brown then flip and cook until brown.
