How Do I Make Puttanesca?

Here is how you make Puttanesca:

4 -6 servings.Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the anchovies, garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds. Reduce the heat to medium stir in the tomatoes, vinegar, sugar and oregano and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the olives and capers and continue to simmer, approximately 20 minutes more.
