Mix the two cups of flour n salt. Fold in yogurt. Set aside/covered in the refrigerator for 1 hour. In a skillet, add oil n heat over medium. Cook onions. When translucent, add spinach and cook till wilted. In a separate bowl, add eggs, milk, cheese, and the final spinach mix.Preheat oven 350.Roll out the dough into a 9 inch circle. Place onto pie tin and cook for 20-25 min. Remove, add mixture and put back in the oven for 25 minutes. :)serves 8I thought the pie dough was a little tough... almost like a thin crust wheat pizza dough.
