Preheat oven to 350.2. Combine the pastry flour, 1/2 teaspoon onion salt, and olive oil in a mixing bowl and stir until well mixed. Gradually add water until you get a dough that you can roll out easily.3. Roll out dough between 2 pieces of wax paper. Keep turning the dough over and straightening the wax paper and rolling again until it is big enough to fit in a 9 " pie pan.4. Line a 9" glass (pyrex) pie pan with the dough.5.
