1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

How Do I Make Mom's Quiche?

Here is how you make Mom's Quiche:

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Mix with whisk and bring to boil. Cook and stir for about 2 min on medium/low heat until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 min. Mix together cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, salt, paking powder, parmesan and 1/2 tsp. ground mustard. Add the egg substitute. Mix the white sauce mixture in with this. Fold in shredded cheese. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350* for 60 min or until knife comes out clean.
