Here is how you make Deep Dish Southwest QUICHE:

Preheat oven to 400?F.Melt butter in small saut? pan and add green chilies; stir 1 minute. Set aside.(OPTIONAL): Sprinkle corn meal into bottom of Deep Dish Baker. Place pie crust in and sprinkle lightly again. Roll out & press up sides. Prick all over using fork. Bake 10 min. Break eggs into bowl and whisk well; add sour cream, salt and pepper and combine well. Set aside. Remove baker from oven onto cooling rack. Reduce oven to 350?F. Sprinkle cheeses over crust, then spoon chilies over cheese. Pour egg mixture into crust using rubber scraper. Bake 28-30 min.
