Here is how you make Quinoa Bites:

1. Cook protein with 1 cup of water. Boil, cover, reduce heat to low and let simmer until water is absorbed. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of your ingredients (except pizza sauce) in a mixing bowl until well mixed. 3. Lightly spray the bottom of the mini-muffin tin. Using a tablespoon, scoop 1 T into each muffin tin. 4.
