How Do I Make Mexican Style Cauliflower and Quinoa?

Here is how you make Mexican Style Cauliflower and Quinoa:

Put vegetable broth, garlic, tomatoes, paprika/smoked paprika, basil and cumin, in pan with the quinoa and simmer for a couple minutes. Then add the beans and caulifower; Bring back to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer until quinoa is cooked through, about 20-25 minutes. Stir in lime juice, olives and parsley. For a little twist add diced avocado with the lime, olives and parsley.
