Here is how you make Herbed Quinoa:

Cook the quinoa according to the package directions. Make sure to rinse the quinoa first unless it is pre- rinsed. Chop the herbs and put them in a bowl with the olive oil and the juice of the lemon and also the lemon zest. Add the salt and pepper. Allow to sit on the counter while the quinoa cooks this allows the flavors to meld. Stir the quinoa into the lemon juice olive oil mixture. Serve cold or hot.
