15 whole cloves garlic, peeled
2 large onions, thinly sliced
About 1.5 large eggplants (total two pounds), sliced 1/2" thick
4 red bell peppers, each cored and sliced lengthwise into six pieces.
4 ripe red tomatoes, peeled, cored and sliced thickly
1 T fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
4 T basil, finely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil.

4. Tomatoes
5. Herbs, salt and pepper
