Preheat oven to 350Peel roasted, whole New Mexico green chiles and remove seeds, spread on paper towel and pat dry. Put a strip of mozarella cheese in each chile and lay them side by side in a 9X13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Beat egg beaters and flour till smooth, add milk, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Carefully pour over chiles.
