Here is how you make Bean and Rice Crisp Pattie:

The beans and rice were cooked from previous meal without salt or added ingredients. I just mix them with the oatmeal, chopped veggies and sprinkle of bread crumbs to hold it together. Spray a non-stick pan and spoon out the mixture into your hand and flatten a little. Place in pan and flatten more with spatula. Don't try to move it, keep flame on medium so it will crisp without burning. After a few minutes, flip it in one swift movement - but only after re-spraying the area of the pan with nonstick spray again for the bottom.
