Cook according to package directions.In a large frying pan, sautee shallots (or onion) until translucent. Push to the outer edge of pan. Add scrambled eggs, stirring constantly. Move into a large bowl.Add 1 tsp. sesame oil, allow to heat slightly over medium heat. Add black beans and stir to coat. Move into bowl with eggs.Add 1 tsp. sesame oil, heat slightly. Add carrots, snow peas, peas, and garlic. Sautee until everything is crisp tender (about 1.5 minutes). Add soy sauce, fish sauce and cayenne (don't be scared, it won't be spicy!).
