1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can Great Northern beans (you can actually use a combo of any 3 kinds of beans you want, except chili or baked and the nutritional values are pretty much the same)!
1 1/3 cups of brown rice (this was measured uncooked but you need to cook the rice before you make this recipe)
12 Tblsp Chi-chi's medium fiesta salsa (most salsa nutrition facts are about the same) (4 Tblsp used per serving).
3 egg whites- one egg white per serving.

Here is how you make Mari's Bean, Rice, Eggwhite and Salsa Mix-up!:

Cook the brown rice. Rinse all the beans together VERY well. In 3 Tupperware/Ziploc type microwave safe containers, split up the beans trio between the 3 containers. Add the cooked rice in 3rds layered on the beans in each container. Add one egg white, chopped up a little bit, on top of the rice. There should be a little room left still from the top of the container even after you put the lid on.
