1. Boil rice2. Grind cashews and sunflower seeds to fine meal. Transfer to bowl. Pulse the onion and carrots in food processor until finely shredded. Mix with the ground nuts. Place cooked rice and olive oil in food processor, pulse until smooth. Mix into the bowl. Season with salt to taste. Form the mixture into patties.3.
