1 T Garlic Powder
1 1/2 t cumin
2 t ground red pepper
Low Sodium Chicken broth

Here is how you make Easy and Super Healthy Red Beans and Rice:

Place onion in a large sauce pan with tomotoe pasted. Saute onions in paste until translucent. Add beans, rice and seasonings. Thin to the consitency you like with chicken broth (or make it vegetarian with vegetable broth).
