1/2 c red bell peppers, 1-1 1/2 " strips
1/2 c Green bell peppers, 1-1 1/2 " strips
1/2 c Onions, raw, 1-1 1/2" chunks
1/3 c Carrots, raw, chopped 1/4" thick strips or chunks
2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon or vegetable bouillon
1/2 tsp turmeric, ground
1/5 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp ground coriander seed
1 tsp crushed red pepper(may be adjusted to your taste preference)
2/3 c raisins, golden seedless, packed
(may substitute diced apples for the raisins, or mix the two)

6 c White Rice, long grain, cooked

Measure bouillon, turmeric, cinnamon, coriander and crushed red pepper into a small dish and set aside. Chop bell peppers into 1-2 inch pieces.
