Uncle Bean's Ready Rice, Natural Whole Grain Brown (2 packages)
Frozen peas, 1/2 cup
Bean spouts, 1 cup
Scallions, 3-4, whites chopped thinly, greens chopped into .5" diagonal slices.
Fresh ginger, 1 Tbsp. minced
Egg beaters, .5 cup cooked
Sesame oil, 1 tsp.
Low-sodium soy sauce, 3 Tbsp.
Seasoned rice vinegar, 1 tsp.


How Do I Make Stir Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Stir Fried Rice:

Prepare all cleaning/chopping in advance. Squeeze ready rice in the package so there are no clumps. Scramble the egg beaters in a separate nonstick pan. Heat nonstick wok to medium high. Once thoroughly heated, add sesame oil. Stir continually throughout process. Add scallion whites; let cook for 1 minute. Add ginger and bean sprouts; let cook for another minute. Add seasoned rice vinegar and stir. Add rice and peas and stir; let cook for one minute. Add egg and scallion greens and stir. Add soy sauce and stir for 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are warmed through.Top with red pepper flakes or sriracha for taste.
