Lite Soy Sauce (per individual taste) How Do I Make Stir Fried Veggies with Tofu and Rice?Here is how you make Stir Fried Veggies with Tofu and Rice: Spray Wok or large saute pan with Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Heat pan until very hot. Add Tofu pieces. Cook until golden brown on the outside (tofu will be crunchy on the outside, soft on inside). Add veggies, 1 tbl. lite soy sauce, and a little more cooking spray if needed. Add 2 cups cooked rice, stir until well combined and then add additional soy sauce to taste (I used a total of 8 tbl). Mix thoroughly and heat throughout. Makes 2 servings.
