Red Bell Pepper (1/4) chopped

1 large celery stalk chopped
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp

Cook the brown rice according to instructions (it takes me about 30 minutes to make mine) Make enough to equal one cup of cooked brown rice.Chop the veggies.Heat up the olive oil in a big pan and sautee the vegetables, stirring occasionally on Medium High. Once the veggies begin to get soft, lower heat to Medium and add garlic powder, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Stir and let cook another 5 minutes.
