The ingredients for Veggie Fried Brown Rice are:

1 cup diced carrots
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 cups diced zuccini
1/2 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic
2 cups cooked long grain brown rice
2 eggs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp margarine
salt/pepper to taste

Saute all veggies in olive oil until tender crisp. Add in brown rice and soy sauce, butter and sesame oil. Stirfry until hot. Make a well in center of rice mixture. Crack two eggs and fry until done. Mix all together.
