Here is how you make Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Shiitake Mushrooms:

Preheat the oven to 400*FLightly grease two sheet pans with PAM olive oil.Cut Brussels sprouts in half through the top stump. Cut really large sprouts in half again so they are uniform in size. Drizzle the sprouts with 1/2 the oil, 1/2 the garlic, and season with pepper and Mrs. Dash. Toss to coat evenly. Place on one of the pans.Brush any dirt off the shiitake mushrooms. (Remove stems and discard.) Cut large mushroom caps into quarters so again they are uniform in size. Leave small caps whole. Drizzle the mushrooms with the remaining olive oil, 1/2 the garlic, and season with pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Place on the other pan.Place both pans in the preheated oven. Place the sprouts on a lower shelf and place the mushrooms on a higher shelf.Cook for 13-18 minutes until all items are tender and starting to brown. Turn every 5 minutes or so to prevent burning.Transfer sprouts and mushrooms to a serving bowl. Toss them together and check seasoning. Season to taste.
