Preheat the broiler. Whisk together the eggs, egg whites, cheese, salt, and ground pepper in a medium bowl: set aside.Heat the oil in a 10 inch ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, basil, and oregano: cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion softens, 1-2 minutes. Add the asparagus and cook, stirring frequently, until bright green, about 4 minutes. Add the roasted peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until the asparagus are crip-tender, about 3 minutes. Add the egg mixture and stir gently to distribute the vegetables evenly in the skillet.
