How Do I Make Roasted Winter Vegetables?

Here is how you make Roasted Winter Vegetables:

Wash and chop all vegetables into ~ 1" cubes or smaller if denser vegetable. Place in large bowl. Melt coconut oil. Dry roast cinnamon and cumin on low heat for 5 min. Juice orange in small bowl. Add crushed garlic, roasted spices, chilli paste, coconut oil and balsamic vinegar. mix together and pour over vegetables. Stir in well. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hrs.
