First, pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Next, chop all of the vegetables to desired size (the smaller the better in my opinion) then combine in one large bowl. Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and the pepper if desired. Mix everything together and pour onto a baking pan covered in parchment paper.
