1 cup cooked organic red kidney beans
1 cup fresh, steamed organic wax beans (yellow string beans)
2 organic celery stalks, chopped or sliced
1/3 medium red onion, thinly sliced
corn from one large ear of steamed corn
3 oz Holistic salad dressing (not part of the calculated calories-you may want to add more)


How Do I Make Bean Salad?

Here is how you make Bean Salad:

Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl. Pour on the Holistic Salad dressing mixture (I only used 3 oz. instead of the 2 cups from the original recipe and found it to be more than enough for my taste) and mix well. Add more salt, pepper and lemon if desired.
