1 8 oz bag mixed salad greens (calculated with romaine)
1 rib celery thinly sliced
3/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 avocado, diced
2-3 large radishes, sliced thinly
3/4 cup light blue cheese dressing, divided

preheat oven to 450. Slice each potato into 10 wedges and place them in a medium bowl. Mix 1 TBS of hot sauce into melted butter and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with Montreal seasoning, toss to combine.Spray rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread potatoes wedges onto it in a single layer.Bake for 20 minutes then flip.
