How Do I Make RoyGBiv Salad?

Here is how you make RoyGBiv Salad:

Roast Pepper on stovetop or in oven. Rinse and chop Romaine lettuce. Chop cucumber and carrot. Leave mushroom pieces large 1/2 inch or so. Saute mushroom in red cooking wine until soft and then cool slightly. Meanwhile start assembling your salad with romaine, cucumber, carrot, blue cheese, almonds, and craisins. Remove charred skin from pepper and let cool. Slice and top the salad with peppers. Add a few tablespoons balsamic vinegar (NO OIL).
