Makes about 4 cupsUsing a food processor, chop all ingredients one at a time and allow to drain. Mix together cucumber, tomato, olives, and onion add vinegar and sour cream, I don't use the salt, but do add a dash of black pepper to the recipe. Mix and enjoy! Takes about 15 minutes to prepare.
