Here is how you make Curried Cashew Bulgur Salad:

Combine bulgur and water in sauce pan with a lid. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for five minutes. Drain any excess liquid. Combine shallot, olive oil, salt and the juice from 1 lemon. Stir until combined and add to bulgur. Add cashew blend and chopped herbs. Stir to combine.
