Makes 8 servings * 2 bunches collard greens * 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar * 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil * 1/8 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped * 1/8 cup chopped scallions * 1 garlic clove, minced * 1 teaspoons red pepper flakes * 1 teaspoon sea salt * Pinch black pepper * 1 Tablespoons sesame oil * 1/4 cup pine nuts * 2 TBSP sesame seeds 1. Wash and dry collard greens, then take stems off. 2. Working several collard leaves at a time, roll into a cylinder, then thinly slice into strips (this technique is called ?chiffonade?). 3. Massage with clean hands, squeezing dressing into leaves until well coated, about 3 minutes. 5.
