In a mixing bowl, combine the apples, celery, grapes, yogurt, mustard, lemon zest, salt, juice, and pepper. Sprinkle with nuts just before serving.Note: To toast nuts in the oven, preheat the oven to 375* F. Place the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 5-8 minutes, or until fragrant. Stir the nuts a few times during baking to ensure even browning.To toast on stovetop, place the nuts in a small skillet over medium heat. Toast, stirring occasionally for about 2 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly browned.
