Here is how you make Roasted Soybean/Edamame and Asparagus Pasta Salad:

1. Cook pasta and let cool in fridge uncovered for at least 30 minutes. Make sure to add some yogurt or oil to the pasta before cooling so it does not stick together.2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop up asparagus into 1/3 pieces. Put asparagus pieces and edamame on a baking sheet and lightly coat and toss with olive oil spray, salt and pepper. Roast for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
