Here is how you make Garden Quinoa Salad:

Saute Quinoa for a about two minutes in the sesame oil. Add everything else except the lettuces, raspberries, and avocado, chopped as you like them, into the quinoa and saute for about two minutes. Add a little water and simmer for 10 minutes, checking to make sure you don't run out of water but the mixture is not juicy. Add raspberries and simmer for about a minute.
