Soak 1 1/2 Cup of Raw Cashews For 6 hrs. in fresh water drain and place in a mixing bowl,then add a 1cup of fresh chopped Roma Tomatoes,and a 1cup of fresh Diced Red Onions. Add 2 Tbs. of Apple cider Vinegar,add 2 Tbs. of Extra Virgin Olive oil,and finally add 1/4 tsp. of Celtic sea salt or add to taste.
