Here is how you make Satay Salad:

Cook quinoa in boiling water (2:1 quinoa) for ~15 minutes after rinsing thoroughly. Fry tofu in a non-stick pan in sesame oil, flipping so all sides brown. Add broccoli and steam for a few minutes. Meanwhile mix sauce in a bowl. Add sauce to pan, simmer a few minutes until thickened. Plate salad, top with quinoa, top with sauce and garnish with cilantro and onions.
